About us

KUMII is an Estonian online store selling Korean skincare products. The store is run by Rosamus OÜ, a company based in Pärnu (registry code 17346851).

Our range includes facial cleansers, toners, serums and ampoules, creams, masks, sun protection, and eye and lip care products.

Where our products come from

We buy our products from an EU-registered importer of Korean cosmetics. Our stock is kept in Estonia, and we ship orders from here.

We sell original products that carry the manufacturer's barcode. Product information, such as ingredient lists and instructions for use, is taken from the manufacturers' official sources.

Delivery, returns and customer service

We deliver orders to parcel lockers all over Estonia: you can choose between Unisend, SmartPosti, Venipak, DPD and Omniva parcel lockers. Orders placed on working days before 18:00 are dispatched within 24 hours, and orders of €49 or more are delivered free of charge. You can pay through online banking or with a Visa or Mastercard card. Unopened products can be returned free of charge within 14 days. Read more in our shipping policy and refund policy.
