Refund policy

Simple and clear. To make every experience a pleasant one.

KUMII wants to offer its customers a calm and trustworthy shopping experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, it can be returned according to the following conditions.

1. Right of Return

1.1. The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the item.
1.2. Only unopened products can be returned, which have:

  • all hygiene seals and films are intact,
  • the product's inner packaging is completely untouched.

The outer packaging (cardboard box, protective film, or shipping package) may be opened, provided the product's own inner hygiene packaging is intact.

1.3. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

2. The Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact customer support by email: info@kumii.ee.
2.2. The customer will be sent a Maksekeskus return link, through which the return can be conveniently processed.
2.3. The cost of return is paid by the customer, unless the product is incorrect or defective.

3. Return Channels

3.1. Returns are made through the same delivery partners we use for shipping:

  • Omniva
  • Smartpost Itella
  • DPD

3.2. The product being returned must be packaged securely to ensure it reaches us without damage.

4. Refunds

4.1. The refund will be processed within 5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
4.2. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4.3. The original delivery cost is non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

5. Defective or Incorrect Product

5.1. If the customer receives an incorrect product, the return is free of charge for the customer, and the correct product will be sent or a full refund will be issued.
5.2. If a product is defective, we offer, according to the customer's preference:

  • a replacement of the product,
  • or a full refund of the purchase amount (including delivery costs).

5.3. Any defective products or products damaged during transit must be reported within 3 working days of receiving the shipment.

6. Secure Returns

6.1. The product must be in the same condition upon return as it was upon receipt.
6.2. KUMII reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used or the hygiene seal has been removed.
