Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner - Toner for a Radiant Effect

This lightweight, fragrance-free, and fast-absorbing milky toner contains 70% rice bran water and niacinamide, which help to even out skin tone, reduce dark spots, and balance sebum production, giving the skin a natural, glowing result.

The toner is enriched with a Ceramide AP and NP complex, which soothes irritation and strengthens the skin's protective layer. Sodium Hyaluronate and betaine provide intense hydration, reduce inflammatory processes, and ensure smooth, well-nourished skin.

The creamy “milky” texture absorbs quickly, leaving the skin non-sticky, soft, and deeply moisturised. Also perfectly suitable for sensitive skin.
