Celimax The Vita-A Retinal Shot Tightening Dual Cream is Celimax's daily retinal cream that combines two creams in one tube: a yellow cream with 0.05% retinal, 3% Matrixyl® 3000 peptide complex and 33,750 A-Shot® micro-particles, and a blue cream with 5% panthenol and azulene. Pressing the PRESS HERE button dispenses both creams at once, with no mixing needed.

For daily full-face care the manufacturer chose 0.05% retinal (the 15 ml Retinal Shot Tightening Booster contains 0.1% and is meant for spot care) and added A-Shot® spicules and nano-liposomes so the actives reach the skin with less irritation. Panthenol and azulene balance the drying effect retinal can have, so there is no need to layer a separate soothing cream on top.

According to the manufacturer's human study (2 weeks, 24 adults), the look of forehead wrinkles improved by 19.9%, nasolabial folds by 16.9% and eye-area wrinkles by 8.1%, the look of cheek pores by 8.9% and skin hydration by 380%. The skin irritation index in the manufacturer's test was 0.00 (Skinmed Clinical Trial Center). Individual results may vary.

Key ingredients:

How to use:
Hold the closed tube cap-down and tap it 3-4 times against your palm. Press the PRESS HERE button so both creams dispense evenly.
Apply in the evening as the last step of your routine. For the first two weeks use 2-3 times a week, a pea-sized amount on areas of concern, then every evening over the whole face.
If irritation occurs, reduce the amount and frequency. During the first two weeks the skin may temporarily look red, flake or tingle; according to the manufacturer this is part of the adjustment period.
Always use sunscreen during the day. Avoid the eye area and damaged skin.
Keep away from direct sunlight and store upright after use. Use within 6 months of opening.
